Returns and Refunds 

For products that are not made to order or customised, you are eligible for a return within 14 days of the purchase date. Returns must reach Emelgi in an unused condition, with no blemishes or signs of use and wear, such that it can be resold. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange the return and cover the shipping fees in returning the product to Emelgi. The returned product will be inspected in our workshop, and if eligible for a refund, the cost of the product will be refunded. Please note that the original shipping fee won't be refunded. 

If, on inspection, a returned item has signs of use and is not in a resealable condition, Emelgi is not responsible for reducing the costs of the product. In such cases, we will do our best to return the product to you, but Emelgi will not be responsible for the cost of returning this to you. 

All customised orders, made-to-order product or limited editions are not eligible for a return. Customised orders include any alternate colours, thread colour or embossing that is not otherwise part of the standard range of Emelgi products. 

International Orders

International orders cannot be returned.

Additional Info 

Leather is a natural product. As such, it blemishes, patterns and characteristics that mean all leather will look slightly different and age differently, making each product unique. The amount of sun, what you put in your leather accessories, and whether a wallet stays in your pocket or bag, will affect how the leather looks and ages. This is all part of the beauty, charm and desirability of leather - it is literally a reflection of you. 

Damaged or Defective Products

If on receipt you discover that the item you have purchased is damaged or does not work as intended, you may be eligible for a return. Please contact usmaan@emelgi.com to process the refund, providing images of the defective product. 

If the product is indeed defective, Emelgi is not responsible for the shipping costs to return the item. Similarly, if the product is eligible for a refund, the original shipping cost will not be refunded, only the cost of the product itself.
