How quickly can you deliver?

For items that are in stock, UK delivery is expected within 2-3 days from when the order is placed.

However, not all items will be in stock.For items that are ordered and are not in stock, these will be made to order. Where items are made to order, please allow 7-10 days for UK delivery. This allows for leather to be purchased and the item to be meticulously crafted.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes!

We do ship internationally. We'll typically use Royal Mail standard international shipping for this.

For items in stock, this should take 3-7 working days following despatch.

For items that are not in stock and that are crafted to order, please allow for 7-10 days before despatch for the item to be meticulously crafted.

What leather do you use?

We use only vegetable-tanned, full-grain leather!

Vegetable tanning uses natural materials like tree bark, leaves, and fruit, making it a more sustainable and eco-friendly alternative to chrome tanning.

Full-grain leather is the highest quality available - it comes from the top layer of the hide and retains its natural texture, grain, and markings, giving each piece a unique character.

What does nature inspired really mean?

This means that the forms and colours of our products are designed to represent naturally occurring phenomena - like the mountains, the wind or landscapes.

It also extends to making sure we operate as sustainably as we can, from the leather we use to how we package our products when shipped - for example, not using any plastic.

Our commitment is to nature and the environment.

Will I receive exactly what the product image shows?

None of our products are machine stitched or factory produced. This means that each products will have slight variations that arise through the handmade process.

Similarly, leather is natural material. Just like our skin, each piece of leather is different, with its own story and history.

Whilst the design will be exactly the same, the look of the grain of the leather, the patina, the ridges and subtle imperfections will all be different and could vary from the image. This means that all pieces are entirely unique and unlike any other.

I've bought a product but the leather is really stiff, why?

We use vegetable-tanned leather in all our products. Vegetable tanned leather is naturally stiff but as it ages, it expands and contours to the shape of your cards, your pocket or your bag to perfectly accommodate them.

In the first instance, gently coax the leather to be able to add whatever you need to into the product. Over time, it will accommodate it without losing any integrity or strength.
